I remember the time when my mom broke our television I had no clue at all on what happened all I know is she turned it off and the second time we tried to turn it on again, nothing happened. We tried everything that came up to our mind and we even got the manual of it but we still couldn’t find out something that can help us with our problem.  Evening came and we got tired of figuring it out so we ignored it for awhile but when my dad came home and I told him what happened so he himself tried to be a technician and tried to repair our television but soon enough he got tired too. So when morning came my mom had the idea too call the television’s call center and try to ask for help. Well that was a good idea cause when she called and told them what the problem was it turned out that we just have to reset the power supply on the televisions bottom part and the problem was solved.
